Eric Wei, a founder of the Firm and its managing partner, specializes in the representation of both public and private companies in the defense of regulatory, corporate, commercial, and intellectual property litigation matters. Maxim Kogan has a broad multidisciplinary practice that includes extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, finance, corporate governance, and cross-border transactions. Richard Stiek represents construction company clients in their transactional and litigation matters. He also has significant experience defending liability matters, specifically in construction accident, premises liability and auto accident. In addition, Mr. Stiek has experience in coverage counsel and litigation.

Richard is a graduate of Seton Hall Law University School of Law, Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi, and the United States Military Academy, West Point, New York. He served in the US Army as an artillery officer from his graduation from West Point in 1996 to 2001.
